A lifetime of making across digital and physical worlds has given me deep insights into human behaviour, these insights are my tools for navigating creative landscapes.

I bring these insights to every project, the essence of decades of exploration, combined with my natural ability to put myself in other people’s shoes.

Curious about my backstory?

Studied graphic design at Coventry University, with my second year out in Hong Kong. After graduating, set up a full service creative agency in Coventry’s canal basin and also launched a leathercraft business.

Moved to Brighton to focus on freelance work across ethical, learning and tech sectors, and became a Creative Partner for a festival and live music venue. Split time between Brighton and London for agency freelance, with winters in Morocco for surfing, and Barcelona for spatial projects and DJing. Between contracts spent time in Indonesia and travelled across Europe in my trusty camper van.

Then spent ten years freelancing across London agencies, mainly immersive, tech and gaming. During this time lived on canal boats and in warehouse communities while contributing to creative and socially driven projects. Took time out to chase dreams, like six months sailing and surfing around Indonesia, starting from Australia.

After London life, headed to the ocean and settled in Cornwall. Through my own labour renovated my house and landscaped the garden to connect with nature. Now focusing on worked at the intersection of future-tech, audio-visual and ethical responsibility. Later down the line a friend and I will sail across the pacific to chase remote waves and hidden gems.

Retrospective

Aphantasia and window of my world

In 2024, I learnt about Aphantasia, the inability to visualise anything in the mind. Until then, I assumed “visualisation” was metaphorical. I’d never seen images internally, and didn’t realise others could. That moment shifted everything, giving me a new lens through which to understand just how differently we all experience consciousness...

Surfing & Sailing

I believe in making dreams a reality, and have the discipline to back things up. Core to my life is surfing, the one thing that makes perfect sense. And through it the people and cultures I meet along the path.

A life built on real adventure shapes how I work. Planning, buying, packing, building, testing, failing, succeeding. From the backyard to distant shores, I remain grounded, taking responsibility for the safety and well being of myself and others. Assessing risks and making the best decisions accordingly. Years of hands on problem solving builds discipline, stamina and calm under pressure. These experiences strengthen how I support teams, read situations and deliver strong creative work in demanding environments.

Born from a chance conversation in a Brighton coffee shop, this became a four-year experiment in story-led community building. Games and narrative systems connected people across festivals and events, supported by a fifty person crew and an entire community of musicians, artists and performers. It shaped how I design cultural systems and build human connections across physical and digital spaces.

With Sicilian cobbler DNA, I grew up repairing my own shoes, with the baseline understanding that everything could be fixed with the right skills and tools. Whether craft or cooking, its about being hands-on. So it was only natural to set-up a family business with hand-craft at it’s heart.
